Before I start in about the zoo, I have to say that I just had a fantastic run. The weather could not be better right now, I felt great the whole way, ran a pretty good pace and had a new gadget to play with. No, it’s not a Garmin, but it is a new cool watch. I’ll figure out how to use it better and then tell you about it.
Here are some pics from our trip to the zoo. I’m sure you’ve been to a Zoo before so I’m not going to type out a play by play.
Tread it up
Great pictures! We haven't been to the zoo in ages. I must remember to do that this fall...
ReplyDeleteWhat's weird is that I've been twice this year.
ReplyDeleteI do think the last pic is pretty darn funny. I like that shirt by the way.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a good time. Did you feel the earthquake that far south?
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I freaking love zoos...
My kids have been dying to go to the zoo. We went all the time when we lived in greenville sc. Now it's an hour and a half away in asheboro? tough to get out there. Glad you had fun!
ReplyDelete@ Adam, my husband said he felt the house shake. He was sitting with his arm on the table so I guess I he had more surface area to feel the mild tremble. I didn't feel a thing. Lol, didn't know you were a zoo geek. I thought this was one of the better zoos that I have been to.
ReplyDelete@ John, it was quite a trek for us too. Since Dallas AND Ft Worth both have their own zoos, I thought it was funny that NC only has one for the entire state.
