I woke up and did a short workout this morning. 1 mile warm up, sprints of various length for 1 mile and then a 1 mile cool down. Eh, it was all right I guess.
The real workout was walking around the North Carolina Zoo for 4 hours with two kids. We took turns putting kids on our shoulders or pushing them in the stroller. I am actually a little sore from this.
We weren’t the only ones who were worn out.
